Biotic Communities of Southwestern North America and the Herps that Inhabit them

This talk will summarize the eight biomes found in the Southwest, and focus in on finer scale subdivisions near our home in the Sonoran Desert. Amphibians and reptiles that are habitat-specific will be used to illustrate the regional biotic diversity with the assistance of our own Jim Rorabaugh and his wonderful photos of our local herps.
