(A $6 annual membership with the Arizona Chapter of TWS is encouraged) \nAbout the Workshop:\nHosted by the Arizona Chapter of The Wildlife Society\, this one-day workshop will expose participants to real-world techniques used in wildlife management and research. The event will feature hands-on training sessions led by professionals from the Arizona Game and Fish Department\, USDA Wildlife Services\, universities\, and NGOs. \n🌙 Bonus: Bat mist netting after dark on Saturday + potential Sunday morning activities! \nWorkshop Highlights:\n✅ Capture Techniques – Sherman traps\, clover traps\, and more✅ Wildlife Handling & Equipment Use – Darting\, leg holds\, propane net guns\, CODA Net Gun✅ Radio-Telemetry & GPS – Learn how to track wildlife✅ Bat Identification & Mist Netting – See nocturnal wildlife up close! \n🌲 Camping is permitted and encouraged on Friday and Saturday nights\, offering great networking opportunities! \n🚨 Limited Spots Available!
